Solution:
The final label was a mix of illustration and text. The text set out the baking instructions, allergy, ingredients and nutritional information.
Following the client's approval of the design, the final artwork was supplied for professional printing on her chosen packaging.
Approach:
The packaging design was specified for a 16oz recyclable ice cream tub with a lid, ensuring consistent print quality and fit. The lid would display a picture of her cookie (but for now is an illustration placeholder) and the product name (e.g. Chocolate Chip) in a clear style.
The design process involved early engagement with the client and presenting initial sketches for approval, showing a mock-up so she was able to clearly see the vision.

The client was looking to establish a professional branding for use on her packaging, which provided both narrative and illustrations.
The design needed to clearly communicate the brand of Cookease which is a play on “cookies made easy” and prominently detail that the ingredients are gluten free.
